Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom-fabricated or special-order items may take longer. Estimated timelines will be communicated via email after your order is confirmed.
2. Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Expedited Shipping: Faster options are available at an additional cost and displayed during checkout.

Free UK Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed delivery, or customer errors may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Damaged deliveries: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll work with you to issue a replacement or refund.
