Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Momentum Raceworks! We’re committed to delivering top-quality performance parts and a smooth customer experience. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return request.

🔁 1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom-fabricated parts, special orders, and any product marked Final Sale are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made parts — built to spec and non-refundable.

  • Electrical components — cannot be returned once opened.

  • Discounted/Sale items — considered final sale unless faulty.

📦 3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Include a brief description and clear photos of the issue.

  • Damage claims from shipping must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos of packaging.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials when reporting shipping damage.

📝 4. How to Return a Product

  • Email momentumraceworks@outlook.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.

  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • If you're returning a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💳 6. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
